What We Offer

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Our classes at Matador Fitness are aimed at improving your fitness level in a small group setting. Class sizes are limited to no more than 8 people to ensure that you get the attention you need from your coach and to allow for social distancing in alignment with COVID-19 precautions. We know that life keeps you busy so classes are designed to get you in and out within one hour. Each class is led by a certified and experienced coach who will guide you through your workout every step of the way. Our workouts can be modified to meet your individual needs depending on your level of fitness, whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete. From the warmup, to the strength training (weightlifting), to the workout of the day involving a variety of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics and core, you will be sure to get in a high-intensity, calorie-burning workout by the time you leave our facility that day!

1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

At Matador Fitness, we offer personal training sessions should you wish to work out in a more private setting, rather than in a small group class. You will receive one-on-one coaching and individualized programming to specifically target your fitness needs and goals. In collaboration with your coach, you will decide your training schedule and the type of workouts you perform. Whether your goal is increasing your strength, toning up, losing weight, bulking up, improving your endurance, or some other goal, your certified coach will work with you to design a workout program tailored just for you.

OPEN GYM

Sometimes life may get in the way of you making it to our classes during the week. No problem! That’s why we offer open gym on Saturdays and Sundays (with some limited weekday open gym options).

During an open gym session, you have the freedom to choose what workout you will do. You might want to do a workout you missed during the week. Or maybe you might want to do some weightlifting or focus on a certain skill. Or maybe you might want to do a group workout with other box members who are there. Whatever you choose, you will get to do at your own pace.

You will not be led by a coach (although a coach will be around to help or guide you as needed) and you will not have a set workout that is programmed that day (although a coach can make workout suggestions if you need any). Open gym provides a great opportunity for you to work out with friends, see other friends you might not normally see during the week because you attend different class times, and make new friends.

Open gym is included with your paid monthly membership. If you are interested in only attending open gym and not an unlimited or part-time membership, we have that too!
